Happy Tuesday Loves! School started yesterday for me, and I’m still not ready. I am obsessed with stationary items, and I don’t know what to do with myself. You could probably find me wandering in a stationary store for hours, on some random weekend, just looking and testing out some of the products.
In today’s post, I’m sharing my holy grail, ride or die school supplies! (My pictures will be included later!):
The first item on my list are the Zebra MildLiner highlighters! I just found out about MildLiner this summer thanks to one of my best friends, and I am in love. These highlighters are a major game changer. MildLiners are pigmented, don’t bleed, and come in aesthetically pleasing colors. I can find these highlighters, individually, for $2 at my nearest stationary store, but you can also find them on Amazon! Furthermore, the quality of the MildLineres are surprising for how affordable they are. I am officially obsessed!
I discovered the Ban.do planners last year at Paper Source, and I swear it was love at first sight. When I am looking for a planner, I am very particular about certain details. For example, there needs to be a monthly spread, as well as weekly spreads; I need to have monthly tabs; and, the spine has to be bound. Ban.do covers it all, and I couldn’t be any happier! They’re products are like my dream planners, and I expect great things for them. These specific planners are pricier, but you are covered for 17 month with a high-quality planner that includes bonus stickers.
Paper Mate Ink-Joy pens are so smooth, and they are by far my favorite colored pens. I have a study habit to color code my notes, to ensure that I am organized while studying. Ink-Joy pens can be found in a giant pack for about $10 at your nearest Target, or supermarket. They don’t bleed through your paper, and the grip doesn’t tear up your fingers. Also, with their new formula, they don’t smear! Bravo Paper Mate, you got yourself an avid fan!
I really like Bic’s Wite-Out Correction Tape because they’re cheap and do what they’re supposed to do. Liquid white out has never been my cup of tea because of how much of a hassle it is to use. I am a perfectionist when it comes to my notes, and pencils no longer cut it for me for my fast-paced detailed lectures. However, with the correction tape, I can correct my small mistakes, and then continue on without missing a heartbeat for $3.
Post-it Assorted Flags are my ride or die post-it notes. Many of my professors use power point slides for their lectures, and for my convenience, I just print them off and take notes on them. These flags help me note which slides are important, as well as remind me to go over parts of the chapter again. For $3 you can get a 5 pack at your nearest Target!
Overall, I am crazy obsessed with stationary products — like it’s a serious addiction, and I want them all. I am particular about certain products, but even I can settle when it comes to great quality products at affordable prices.
I hope everyone has had/ will have a good first day back! I know school sucks most of the time, but it is important for your development and for your future.
