It took me a while, but I finally finished my travel diary for our Las Vegas trip back in December. I really loved the dual combo of city life and nature, and I hope you guys do too! I’m trying really hard to improve my camera skills — but like everything else, it’s a long process…
How are y’all doing today? — I hope you’re having a pretty good day. I’m so sorry for missing Saturday’s post, I swear this one was suppose to be for then, but I was getting caught up with prepping for a wedding I was attending that I forgot.
Real quick, before we get started, I would like to apologize for my absence. I know I always say that I’ll come back with a bang and fail miserably, but I am trying. I’m off on a rocky start, this summer, but I am pushing through!
Finals week is upon us, grades are updated, and the stakes could not get higher. After a couple weeks of high stress and anxiety, you should treat yourself to celebrate the end of finals, and the start of summer.
It has been almost a month since my last blog post and I am so sorry! With spring break, family business, and school, the weeks just passed without me realizing. However, things have finally slowed down and I am back in business!

I know that I’m posting super late, but one thing led to another, and here we are. One of my goals for winter break was to try and take the time to up my Instagram game, and I think I’ve been improving.
To track my progress with editing, and my brand’s amount of quality, I’ve decided to share my IG feed each month!
My biggest issue was getting posts up on time, but I discovered Buffer. I promise you this app is a total game changer! Not only does it send me notifications to remind me to post, but it will let me schedule and preplan my captions and edits! Thanks to this useful app, I was able to manage my Instagram feed better.
To start off the new year, I decided to watch Demi Lovato’s official documentary: Simply Complicated. Even though the documentary has been out since October, I just started seeing trailer ads for it on YouTube. After watching Demi’s story, I needed to share it with y’all. I’m going to give 2018 everything I have, with little to no excuses. This past year wasn’t so bad, but it was a year of compromises. I compromised my creativity for my education, and I felt incomplete. I compromised my friendships and college experiences for meaningless work and unnecessary commitments. 2017 had it’s pros and cons, and I feel like I’ve managed, however, I want to thrive.
